The Egyptian Uprising continues, Mohammad says

We came to Cairo the 19 of february 2011 and spent a week talking to the Egyptian people and experience and learn more about their revolution. Mubarak had just stepped down at that time but nothing else was settled. Our first impression was that people were celebrating with flags and face paint at Tahrir Square and that young people worked hard to repaint the stripes in the streets and make their country look good. This was in accordance with the stories told in the media worldwide about the peaceful revolution. But it didn't take long before we learned about frustrating stories from struggling people. People who kept on uprising for justice. We met Mohammed during a demonstration on Tahrir Square and we made an iPhone film of his story about how Mubaraks people traumatized his ten year old son shooting from the roof tops during a peaceful demonstration just prior to Mubaraks fall. It is people like Mohammad who inspire all of us around the World to occupy the streets in cold October.
